What the inquiry asks for
Instagram handle or email address, plus optional first name, last name, category, country, and a short message.
Why it is collected
The information is intended only to let the World Ink Online Battle team assess and reply to an initial participation inquiry.
How your inquiry is sent
Inquiries are sent through Resend to info@worldinkbattle.com. A successful response means the sending service accepted the inquiry; it is not a guarantee of inbox delivery. If the service is unavailable, the form displays a notice instead of confirming a submission.
This website does not keep an inquiry database. When sending is enabled, inquiry details are processed by the hosting and email providers and stored in the organizer’s mailbox. They are not added to a marketing list.

The identity and address of the data controller, privacy contact, legal basis, recipients, retention period, and applicable rights must be supplied before this notice is final.
